XX学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 27 摘 要 CAXA制造工程师是北京北航海尔软件有限公司推出的基于PC机平台的CAD/CAM集成软件，也是国内制造业广泛使用的CAD/CAM软件，在模具制造业中应用最广。CAXA制造工程师2008是CAXA制造工程师软件的最新版本,提供实体的特征造型、自由曲面造型以及实体与曲面混合造型功能，可实现任何复杂形状零件的造型设计。 随着我国制造业发展开始进入一个更好更快的新阶段，针对我国制造业实际应用需求，使用这样的CAD/CAM软件，配合制造业信息化工程，通过市场化运作等各方面的努力，实现CAD/CAM软件在汽车、电子、机械、模具、建筑、电力电气等制造行业的应用普及。本论文着眼CAXA制造工程师2008的实际应用——反射灯冲头自动数控编程与仿真加工。实现从计算机辅助设计到仿真加工过程的虚拟化，为实际加工提供重要的技术参数和工艺参数，缩短了传统设计制造过程的漫长论证期，提高了生产效率。 关键词：CAXA制造工程师 数控编程 仿真加工 ABSTRACT CAXA ME is the Beijing Beihang Haier software company launched the PC-based platform for CAD / CAM integration software, is also widely used in the manufacturing field at home CAD / CAM software, in the mold of the most widely in the manufacturing field.
