新生代农民工现状的分析与思考 Abstract Wi也the continuous deepening of the process of urbanization,migrant workers groups entered all important period of conversion in the inter-generational new generation of farmers has gradually become the main force of migrant workers and new force．Generation of migrant workers have different ideas with the older generation and demand in the economy， culture，status，but due to various constraints and institutional barriers，very difficult for them to integrate into and adapt tO eity life．On the one hand,their own liquidity for the country tO alleviate the contradictions of rural surplus labor force，made a great contribution to Chinas urban construction and development；the other hand,their mobility,but by the household regis仃ation system,employment system，social security system,including limitations，SO tllat they can not share the achievements of urban civilization,divorced from the edge of the urban and rural areas．Out of this dilemma,so that the newborn of migrant workers integration iIlt0 the city，enhance the eitys identity，it is necessary tO find an attribution for their identity． In this study，the use of document analysis，observation and interview method selected from the 20 interviewed in five typical case of the new generation of migrant workers were analyzed．1earn from related disciplines such as sociology，psychology，education theory,the existing problems，from the aspects of the system,organizational building，quality improvement,a summary and reflection of the author of the new generation of migrant workers． Key words：new generation ofmigrant workers；current situation；analysis；thinking n 西华大学硕士学位论文 1 绪论 1．1 选题背景与研究意义 1．1．1 选题背景 近年来，随着建设社会主义和谐社会战略任务的提出，社会主义新农村建设的推进， 尤其是胡锦涛总书记在中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会上的报告中，提出将民生为重 点的社会建设摆在更加突出的位置，并明确要求“完善和落实国家对农民工的政策”、“进 城务工人员子女平等接受义务教育”、“形成城乡劳动者平等就业的制度”、“加强农村富 余劳动力转移就业培训”，农民工问题成为全社会普遍关注的热点之一。根据2006年国 务院研究室发布的《中国农民工调研报告》，“目前我国外出农民工数量为1．2亿人左 右，如果加上在本地乡镇企业就业的农村劳动力，农民工总数大约为2亿人，农民工在 我国己发展成一个规模庞大的社会群体。”n1而且在2亿之众的农民工群体内部已呈现
