有较小一部分学生存在被动选课,选课动机主要以自身兴趣爱好为主;大学生体育课堂 整体参与一般,表现为认知参与高于行为参与,行为参与高于情感参与,在不同生源地、 年级、专业背景下不存在显著的差异性,但是在性别背景下,女生在行为参与、认知参 与的维度要好于于男生,男生在情感参与维度好于女生;影响大学生体育课堂参与的因 素较多, “没有兴趣和“身心疲惫’’为主要主观因素,“器材设备“和“场地设施” 为主要客观因素;大学生体育人口情况要高于我国平均水平,大学生课后锻炼动机主要 为兴趣爱好和释放压力,在课后锻炼行为方式上主要以“朋友或同学一起”为主,其次 为自己一个人,锻炼次数依次为:3-4次/周、1-2次/周,锻炼持续时间依次为:l小时 左右、1-2小时、半个小时,主要以中等强度为主,锻炼时间段晚饭之后最多,其次为 下午。 关键词:大学生,体育教学,认知,体育课堂,行为 ABSTRACT Ten trees,takes a hundred years,education is a basic and fundamental country,from the big side,education related to a country and a nation now and in the future,from small speakers,education for human development can not play a significant role.At present,the rapid development of Chinas social, educational and social development as a basis,it should be with the development of our society and the development of education in our country SO that ideas,thoughts,contents,methods,and SO produced a new change,than in the past have the various changes.The changing face of education reform,university education in our country face a huge challenge.College Physical Education in Chinats education as all important integral part of the task of Physical Education is not just teaching sports knowledge and sports technology in physical education is more important is to train students right through physical education sports concept,sports attitude,physical exercise to strengthen the awareness of students,the ultimate goal is to enable students to establish the concept of lifelong sports and lifelong sports consciousness.With the deepening of Chinas education reform,college sports in the teaching process,students雒a major player in sports teaching activities should highlight the dominant position of the students,and then the implementation of”teacher-led,student-centered,”the sports teaching model,teacher during classroom design,to fully consider the needs of meir students,students from starting their own sports classroom,the role of its dominant position,thereby improving classroom behavior of stu
