解析调查男性更年期综合征的症状以及自我保健 郭会娟 张时芸 周金艳 【摘要】 目的 调查长治市社区男性居民对更年期综合征的认知、态度状况，评价健康教育对更年 期男性居民认知、态度的影响效果。方法 2011年3月～2012年3月选择长治市社区800例45～65 岁男性居民作为研究对象，基线调查他们对更年期的认知、态度状况，并根据调查结果给予有针对性的 健康教育。结果 调查显示社区内45～65岁男性更年期综合征知晓率较低、态度较消极；干预前后差 异较大，有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论 长治市社区内45～65岁男性居民更年期综合征知晓率较低、态度较消极，临床给予阿胶黄精丸调理取得了比较满意效果。同时应加强宣传、教育以及相关疾病的筛查、监测等工作。有针对性的健康教育能够有效提 高中老年男性对更年期的认知水平、改善其态度、提高自我保健能力。 【关键词】 男性 更年期综合征 认知态度 干预研究 Investigation of male resident~cognition，attitude toward andropause syndrome in Changzhi City and inter— vention study GUO Xiao—Yah，et a1． (Nursing Department of Changzhi Medical College，Changzhi， Shanxi 046000，the P．R．China．) [Abstract] Objective This study aims to investigate male resident cognition，attitude toward an— dropause syndrome in Changzhi city and to evaluate the effect of health education in the improvement of male resident c0gnition and attitude．Methods 800 male residents aged from 45～65 were randomly se一 [ected to take part in the study from March of 2011 to March of 2012，which were approached to have baseline survey，including cognition and attitude toward andropause．Results The baseline survey indi— cated that male residents aged from 45—65 years had lOW knowledge about the andropause syndrome and relatively negative attitude．the difference of cognition and attitude score is statistically significant(P 0．05)．Conclusions Male residents aged from 45—65years have not armed with the related knowledge． Peoplgs attitude toward andropause is relatively negative．Comprehensive nursing intervention can effec— tiveIy help to enhance middle and elder people S cognition of andropause，improve their attitude and en— hance their self—health care ability． [Key words] Male Andropause syndrome Cognition Attitude Intervention study 男性更年期综合征是男性由中年步人老年之际的过渡时 期所出现的与睾丸分泌睾丸酮快速下降有关的一组症侯群， 可对多器官系统的功能造成不良影响，并降低生活质量l_】]。 ，所以临床采用阿胶黄精丸补气血，滋养肝肾取得了比较满意效果。 一般认为男性更年期综合征发病高峰年龄在50~60岁，但诸 多不良因素可使其发病年龄提前到35岁，并后延至7O岁L2j。 在国外，男性更年期已获得广泛接受和重视，许多国家均已开 设了男性更年期门诊[3]。但在我国，人们尚未引
