中文摘要 ㈤Ilf l l II I II II IIt II I IIl i Y1 800419 教师的素质是决定教育成败的关键。处在变革的教育转型期的教 师的素质研究更是基础教育领域的重要课题。新的课程改革需要教师 不断提高素养，不仅对教师培训提出了新的要求，也为教师的专业成 长提供了广阔的发展空间。为此，本研究对大连市高中生物教师的素 质进行了分层次、有重点的调查研究，并有针对性地提出了有效提升 高中生物教师素质的方法和策略，以期为大连市高中生物教师的专业 成长提供建设性意见。 本文运用了文献分析法、调查法、实证研究法、统计分析法等多 种研究方法，对大连市普通高中在职生物教师素质调查与研究，并对 与高中生物教师素质研究相关的文献资料和调查数据进行了处理，还 以高中生物学科新的课程标准对生物教师素质要求为切入点，摸清大 连市高中生物教师素质现状，指出大连市高中生物教师整体素质存在 着，中间年龄和中长教龄的教师少、现在的高中生物教师学历层次偏 低、农村教师的素质比城市教师素质差、教师学科知识底蕴不足等问 题。 依据调查结果和产生问题的原因，本文提出，应采取以下措施提 高在职高中生物教师的素质：必须削弱高考指挥孓对教师的影响；加 强专题培训，以解决教师对课标、教材理解、对教学的解释力不够的 实际问题；鼓励在职教师攻读学位，弥补学科知识底蕴不足的缺欠； 加强区域间的教师交流与合作，促进教师的均衡发展；应对教师的职 业倦怠，建构教师主体的自我效能感；引导教师立足职场进行教育教 学研究；让教师学会反思，是自身素质素质在日常工作中得到不断提 升。 关键词：高中生物 教师素质 调查研究 对策 ■ ●- ^ I ● 一 崎 ■ Abstract Abstract：Teacher quality iS the key to determine the Success or failure of education． In the educational transition period．the exploration of the quality is an important task in the field of elementary education．The new curriculum ref01I／1 requires teachers to continuously improve their quality,which not only puts forward new requirements for teacher training but alSO provides a broad space for teachers’professional development． IIl light of this，this research explores the quality of Dalian senior hi曲school biology teachers，and the research，with its own focuses，is carried out at different levels．The research put forward effective methods and strategies for enhancing the quality of senior m出school biology teachers，with the hope that it provides constructive opiniOII$for senior high school biology teachers’professional development． Using the 1iterature analysis，investigation，demonstration，statistical analysis and other research methods，this paper investigates and studies the quality of in．service ordinary senior high school biology teachers in Dalian City．This Papelprocesses literature relevant to the study as well as the investigation data．Starting from the quality requirements by the new curriculum standards，this Papelclarifies the status quo of the q
