160 W高功率绿激光治疗前列腺增生59例体会 　　【摘要】 目的：评估160 W绿激光治疗前列腺增生（BPH）的安全性及疗效。方法：回顾性分析2014年11月-2015年7月在笔者所在医院行160 W绿激光手术的59例前列腺增生患者的临床资料，观察其手术时间、并发症发生情况及术后排尿效果。结果：所有手术均获得成功，手术时间为50～120 min，平均65.9 min，无术中TUR综合征发生，并发症发生率低。术后留置尿管时间为3～6 d，平均4.6 d，4例拔除尿管后出现尿潴留并再次留置尿管，拔除尿管后均排尿通畅。结论：160 W绿激光前列腺汽化术的手术时间短，并发症发生率低，是治疗前列腺增生安全、有效的微创方法。 　　【关键词】 绿激光； 前列腺增生 　　中图分类号 R697.32 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0117-02 　　The Experience of 160 W High Power Green Laser in the Treatment of 59 Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia/KANG Yan-jie，SUN Jian-tao，YANG Jin-hui，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：117-118 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the safety and effect of 160 W green laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Method：The clinical data of 59 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent 160 W green laser admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time，complications and postoperative micturition effect of all patients were observed.Result：All operations were successful，the operation time was 50-120 min，an average of 65.9 minutes，no intraoperative TUR syndrome occurred，the rate of complications was low，the postoperative indwelling catheter time was 3-6 d，an average of 4.6 d.Urinary retention occurred in 4 patients after removal of the catheter，and placed indwelling catheter once again，after removal of the catheter，all micturition was unobstructed.Conclusion：160 W green laser vaporization in the treatment of BPH with short operative time，low incidence of complications，is an safe and effective minimally invasive method. 　　【Key words】 Green laser； Benign prostatic hyperplasia 　　First-author’s address：Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University，Luoyang 471000，China 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2016.12.063 　　良性前列腺增生为老年男性常见病，目前经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）为其手术治疗的金标准，随着医学激光技术的发展，绿激光气化术治疗前列腺增生具有出血少、切割精确、恢复快、并发症发生率低等特点。笔者所在医院2014年11月-2015年7月应用160 W绿激光治疗BPH患者59例，取得了满意的疗效，现报告如下。 　　1 资料
