围手术期心理护理对耳鼻咽喉科患者中的应用效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨围手术期心理护理对耳鼻咽喉科患者中的应用效果。 方法 随机选取该院2014年1月―2015年1月收治的耳鼻咽喉科患者中的66例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组各33例，对照组采取常规的护理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上进行围手术期心理护理，对比分析两组护理效果。 结果 通过两组患者围手术期心理护理效果比较，结果显示，观察组患者在经过围手术期心理护理之后，其抑郁程度以及焦虑程度都明显低于对照组患者，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的护理满意度为97.0%明显高于对照组的81.8%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=3.995，P0.05）。结论 围手术期心理护理对耳鼻咽喉科患者中的应用能够有效的减轻患者的心理焦虑以及抑郁的不良状态，对患者保持积极的治疗心理具有显著的促进作用，同时能够提高患者的护理满意度，在临床上值得推广。 　　[关键词] 围手术期；心理护理；耳鼻咽喉科；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（b）-0165-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative psychological nursing on ENT patients. Methods 66 ENT patients admitted in our department from 2014 January to 2015 January were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group， 33 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional nursing， and the observation group was given the conventional nursing and perioperative psychological nursing. And the nursing efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The comparison of the perioperative psychology between the two groups showed that the degree of depression and anxiety was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group， respectively， the differences between the groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. The level of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group （97.0% vs 81.8%）， the difference between the groups was statistically significant（χ2=3.995， P0.05）.
