瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗中青年2型糖尿病疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 分析比较瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍在中青年2型糖尿病中的治疗疗效。方法 选取2014年8月―2015年3月该院收治符合中青年2型糖尿病诊断标准的男性患者70例，将所有患者随机分为两组，均35例，给予对照组二甲双胍治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予瑞格列奈治疗，分析比较两组治疗效果。 结果 观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、餐后2 h胰岛素水平及糖化血红蛋白均优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组治疗后不良反应率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗中青年2型糖尿病疗效显著，可有效改善患者胰岛素的抵抗能力，控制血糖水平，在临床应用中值得推广。 　　[关键词] 瑞格列奈；二甲双胍；2型糖尿病；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）05（b）-0029-02 　　Observation of Young Repaglinide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes 　　YANG Jun 　　Dandong city in Liaoning Province Public security border detachment corps，Dandong，Liaoning Province，118000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect comparison of repaglinide combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes in youth in 70 male patients. Methods From August 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were consistent with the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in youth patients， all patients were randomly divided into two groups， 35 cases of control group were given metformin treatment， observation group in the control group given repaglinide treatment， compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result The observation group after treatment， fasting blood glucose， 2h postprandial blood glucose， 2 h postprandial insulin and glycated hemoglobin was better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）； to observe the adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group after treatment group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
