益阴通络法治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察养阴通络法治疗糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法 将 65例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为治疗组33例，对照组32例，2组在给予基础治疗的同时，口服多潘立酮片，治疗组加服养阴通络汤剂，2组观察时间均为3周。结果 经治疗，治疗组总有效率87.88%，对照组总有效率62.5%；治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组；治疗组3月复发率低于对照组；以上差异均有统计学意义（ P0.05）。结论 活血清热祛湿法联合多潘立酮片可使糖尿病胃肠功能患者临床症状有较明显的改善，复发率降低。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱；养阴通络法；临床研究 　　[中图分类号] R259.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（a）-0119-03 　　Clinical Study on the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction of Diabetes with the Method of Nourishing Yin and Dredging Collaterals 　　CHEN Bo-yu 1，SHAO Ya-xin 2 　　1. Methods 65 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group 32 cases， two groups both received basic treatment. The control group received Domperidone tablet， while the treatment group received Yangyin Tongluo Decoction besides Domperidone tablet. The Observation periods of two groups were both 3 weeks. Results After treatment， the effective rate of the control group was 62.5%，the treatment group was 87.88%， the score of Chinese medicine syndrome of the treatment group was lower than the score of control group， the recurrence rate after 3 months of the treatment group was lower than the control group. The above differences was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
