肿瘤细胞减灭术联合化疗治疗卵巢上皮癌的效果 [摘要] 目的 分析肿瘤细胞减灭术联合化疗治疗卵巢上皮癌的效果。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年1月辽宁省盘锦市中心医院妇产科三病区85例卵巢上皮癌患者为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组，对照组40例患者入院后直接给予肿瘤细胞减灭术，术后根据病理结果决定是否化疗；观察组45例患者入院后常规给予紫杉醇+卡铂/顺铂方案腹腔化疗后行肿瘤细胞减灭术，根据病理结果决定是否再次化疗。观察比较两组患者出血量、腹水量、手术时间、疗效、并发症、复发率、病死率、生存率等。 结果 观察组患者术中出血量、腹水量、手术时间均明显少于对照组（P 0.05）。 结论 肿瘤细胞减灭术前化疗能降低卵巢上皮癌患者的复发率、病死率，提高治疗效果及生存率，且术后并发症相对较少，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词] 肿瘤细胞减灭术；化疗；卵巢上皮癌；疗效 [中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）01（b）-0065-04 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of cytoreductive surgery combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014， 85 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer in Ward 3 of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Center Hospital of Panjin City in Liaoning Province were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into two groups according to the different methods of treatment. 40 patients of control group were given the cytoreductive surgery after admission， and according to pathological results to decide whether chemotherapy， and 45 patients of observation group were given the commonly the intraperitoneal chemotherapy treatment of Paclitaxel plus Carboplatin and Cisplatin with after admission， and then given the cytoreductive surgery， according to the pathological results after operation to determine whether chemotherapy again. The amount of intraoperative bleeding， amount of ascitic fluid， operation time， efficacy， complications rate， recurrence rate， mortality rate， survival rate of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results Intraoperative blood loss， amount of ascitic fluid， operation time of patients in the observation group were less than those of the control group （P 0.05）.
