胃肠超声造影检查在胃十二指肠疾病中的诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析胃十二指肠疾病行胃肠超声造影检查的诊断价值。方法 整群选取2014年6月―2015年6月该院收治的102例胃十二指肠疾病患者临床资料，患者均采用胃肠超声造影检查，观察其诊断价值。结果 胃镜检查确诊87例，经胃肠超声造影检查后，其中十二直肠溃疡与球炎各5例，6例胃溃疡，60例慢性胃炎；病理检查确诊15例，经胃肠超声造影检查后，1例胃恶性淋巴瘤，符合率为100.00%，13例胃癌，符合率为86.67%。 结论 胃十二指肠疾病行胃肠超声造影检查的诊断符合率高，具有一定临床应用与研究价值。 　　[关键词] 胃十二指肠；胃肠超声造影；诊断；价值 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（b）-0194-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for gastroduodenal diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on the clinical data of 102 patients with gastroduodenal diseases admitted to this hospital from June 2014 and June 2015. All the patients underwent gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and its diagnostic value was observed. Results 87 patients were confirmed by gastroscopy， and the result of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography showed that 5 of them with duodenal ulcers， 5 were with duodenal bulbar inflammation， 6 were with gastric ulcer， 60 were with chronic gastritis； 15 patients were confirmed with pathological examination， and the result of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography showed that 1 patient was with gastric malignant lymphoma and the coincidence rate was 100.00%， and that 13 patients were with gastric cancer and the coincidence rate was 86.67%. Conclusion The coincidence rate of gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases is high， therefore this method is of some clinical application and researching value. 　　[Key words] Stomach and duodenum； Gastrointestinal contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography； Diagnosis； Value 　　胃十二指肠疾病为消化系统常见疾病，因消化道特殊原因，且受内容物与气体干扰，超声检查无法实现，成为检查相对盲区，不仅影响医院整体医疗水平，还影响患者生活质量，成为医院亟待解决的问题[1]。传统胃十二指肠疾病诊断主要通过X线钡餐造影予以检查，但大多数患者因为惧怕，不愿接受检查，近年来随着医疗技术发展与影像技术提高，超声造影检查效果显著，其具有操作简捷、安全、无创等特点，患者较易接受[2]。为明确胃十二指肠疾病行胃肠超声造影检查的诊断价值，旨在为疾病及早拟定有效治疗措施提供依据，以改善患者预后，利于其早日康复，该研究以回顾性方式重点分析2014年6月―2015年6月于该院收治的102例胃十二指肠疾病患者行胃肠超声造影检
