64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影在无症状型冠心病诊断中的应用分析 　　摘要：目的： 临床实践探讨在无症状冠心病诊断中64排螺旋CT的冠状动脉造影技术的临床诊断价值。方法： 本文研究主要选取笔者所在医院2014年01月至2014年12月间接诊的130例无明显症状型冠心病患者作为研究对象，对照分析64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影技术与经皮选择性冠状动脉造影诊断在无症状型冠心病临床诊断中的准确性。结果： 提供对临床诊断结果进行计算分析，64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影技术在无症状型冠心病诊断中的阳性、阴性预测值分别为 77.6%、87.1%，诊断的特异度、灵敏度分别为95.1%、54.6%，诊断准确度达到85.5%。结论： 64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影技术属于是一种无创伤、操作简单、价格低廉、安全可靠的冠心病初级诊断方法，经过长期临床的实践研究证实在无症状型冠心病诊断中具有较高的准确度，且可为实施介入治疗提供重要支持。 　　关键词：无症状型冠心病；螺旋CT；冠状动脉造影 　　Abstract： Objective clinical practice in asymptomatic coronary heart disease （CHD） in the diagnosis of 64 row spiral CT coronary angiography techniques of the clinical diagnostic value. Selection method in this paper， we study mainly the authors hospital between Januar 2014 and December 2014 between the departments of 130 cases with no obvious symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease （as the research object， the contrast analysis of 64 row spiral CT coronary angiography and percutaneous selective coronary angiography in diagnosis accuracy in asymptomatic coronary artery disease clinical diagnosis. Calculation and analysis results provide the results of clinical diagnosis， 64 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging technique in the diagnosis of asymptomatic type of coronary heart disease （CHD）， negative predictive value were 77.6%， 87.1%， the diagnosis of specific degrees， the sensitivity was 95.1%， 54.6%， diagnostic accuracy of 85.5%.
