自动痔疮套扎术结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔患者的临床疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨自动痔疮套扎术结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔患者的实际效果。方法 随机选取2012年6月―2014年6月该院收治的混合痔患者50例，按硬币法将其分成实验组25例，对照组25例，实验组联合应用自动痔疮套扎术、外痔切除术治疗，对照组应用外切内扎术治疗，比较两组混合痔治疗效果。结果 实验组混合痔治疗有效率为100.0%，与对照组的96.0%相比，差异无统计学意义；实验组尿潴留、术后出血、肛门直肠狭窄并发症发生率为12.0%，与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 自动痔疮套扎术结合外痔切除术治疗混合痔患者，效果满意，值得临床进一步应用、推广。 　　[关键词] 自动痔疮套扎术；外痔切除术；混合痔；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R657.18 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（c）-0104-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of automatic hemorrhoids ligation combined with external piles resection for Patients with mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 50 patients with mixed hemorrhoid treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were divided into experimental group and control group by tossing a coin with 25 in each group. Patients in the experimental group underwent automatic hemorrhoids ligation combined with external piles resection and those in the control group were given Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the effective rate of the experimental group， 100.0%， and that of the control group， 96.0%； complication rate of the urinary retention， postoperative bleeding and anorectal stenosis of the experimental group was 12.0%， and compared with that of the control group compared， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
