超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼患者的临床疗效。 方法 抽选2011年9月～2013年10月我院眼科接收闭角型青光眼患者100例，按临床自愿接受治疗方法平均分成医治组和对照组，医治组患者给予超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗，对照组患者给予小梁切除术治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。 结果 两组患者经相应针对性治疗后，视力明显上升，医治组患者视力上升程度较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后眼压明显下降，医治组下降程度较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗闭角型青光眼患者安全、可靠，可缩短患者住院时间，提高治愈率，意义重大，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 超声乳化白内障吸除术；闭角型青光眼；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R779.66 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（b）-0119-03 　　Exploration of effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma 　　ZHUANG Jian-qing 　　Department of Ophthalmology，the Second People′s Hospital in Changshu City of Jiangsu Province，Changshu 215500，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of patients with angle-closure glaucoma. Methods One hundred patients with angle-closure glaucoma treated in the ophthalmology department of our hospital from September 2011 to October 2013 were selected and evenly divided into treatment group and control group according to the voluntarily accepted clinical treatment method.The treatment group was given phacoemulsification treatment and the control group was given trabeculectomy treatment.The clinical surgical treatment effects between two groups was compared respectively. Results Through specific treatment，the vision between two groups was elevated significantly.Regarding to the vision elevating degree，the treatment group and the control group were significantly different，with remarkably statistical significance （P0.05）.After treatment，the intraocular pressure of both groups reduced significantly.Regarding to the reducing degree，the treatment group and the control group were also different，with remarkably statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of phacoemulsification in the treatment of patients with angle-closure glaucoma is safe and reliable and can shorten hospital stay and improve the cure rate，which is of important significance and worthy of promotio
