对比经尿道手术和开放手术治疗 前列腺增生症的临床效果 　　摘 要：目的: 对比分析经尿道和开放手术行前列腺电切术对前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:以我院2012年1月-2014年12月间应用经尿道行前列腺电切术治疗的70例前列腺增生症患者为经尿道组，以我院同期应用开放性手术治疗的70例患者为对照组，对比评价两组疗效。结果:经尿道组患者手术时间显著短于对照组，术后IPSS评分显著低于对照组，MFR指标显著高于对照组，RUV指标显著低于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义，（P0.01）。结论: 应用经尿道行前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症，疗效显著，患者恢复较快，安全可靠，可于临床推广应用。 　　关键词:经尿道手术,开放手术,前列腺增生症 　　To compare the clinical effect of transurethral operation and open operation in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia 　　Liu Yisan 　　Cili County Peoples Hospital Hunan Cili 427200 　　Abstract：Objective: comparative analysis of transurethral resection of the prostate and open operation for the clinical curative effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.
