康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床效果。 方法 选择本院2012年6月～2013年12月收治的盆腔炎性包块患者94例，将其随机分为对照组和研究组各47例，对照组患者给予盐酸莫西沙星治疗，研究组患者给予康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗，疗程为2周，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为78.7%，研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后6个月研究组盆腹部疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 康妇消炎栓联合盐酸莫西沙星治疗盆腔炎性包块能有效缓解患者的症状体征，效果确切，并且对盆腔炎主要后遗症――盆腹腔疼痛有较好的预防作用，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 康复消炎栓；盐酸莫西沙星；盆腔炎性包块；后遗症 　　[中图分类号] R711.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0103-03 　　Clinical effect of kangfute anti-inflammatory suppository and moxifloxacin in treatment of suppository pelvic inflammatory mass 　　CHEN Yu-lian 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，the Central People′s Hospital of Jian City in Jiangxi Province，Jian 343000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of kangfute anti-inflammatory suppository and moxifloxacin in the treatment of suppository pelvic inflammatory mass.
