延迟断脐法对新生儿脐部感染、脐带残端脱落时间及渗血情况的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 分析延迟断脐法对新生儿脐部感染、脐带残端脱落时间及渗血情况的影响。 方法 选取本院新生儿226例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各113例，观察组采用延迟断脐法，对照组采取传统断脐法，比较两组新生儿脐带残端创面干燥情况、脐带残端脱落时间及脐部并发症情况。 结果 观察组新生儿残端创面干燥良好率为100.0%，明显高于对照组（89.4%），且脐带残端脱落时间为（6.45±1.67）d，低于对照组[（10.13±2.66）d]，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；观察组脐部感染、脐部出血、脐周发红发生率分别为3.5%、1.8%、2.7%，均低于对照组（21.2%、15.9%、9.7%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 延迟断脐法可有效促进脐带残端脱落，降低脐部感染、渗血风险。 　　[关键词] 延迟断脐法；脐部感染；脐带残端脱落；渗血 　　[中图分类号] R472 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）06（a）-0175-03 　　Impact of delayed umbilical method for neonatal umbilical infection， umbilical cord stump off time and the oozing of blood 　　YE Gui-yan 　　Delivery Room，the First People′s Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan，Guangdong Province，Foshan 528300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of delayed omphalotomy method of neonatal umbilical infection， umbilical cord stump off time and the oozing of blood.
