护理人员管道护理知信行现状调查及影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解深圳市二级医院护理人员对管道护理的知识-态度-行为（KAP）现状，分析有关影响因素，为管道护理培训及临床管理提供依据。 方法 采用便利抽样问卷调查法，对深圳市3所二级医院护龄在1年以上的410名护理人员进行问卷调查，内容包括知、信、行3个维度20个条目，按KAP得分结果分为良好、中等、较差等级，通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析，确定知、信、行中的影响因素。 结果 本组有效问卷384份（占93.6%），护理人员对管道护理的知、信、行总体得分为（3.29±0.55）分，其中，知识得分偏低，为（3.09±0.46）分；态度、行为得分较高，分别为（3.22±0.56）、（3.58±0.63）分。进一步采用多因素Logistic回归分析显示，护理人员对管道护理的知、信、行与文化程度、所在的科室密切相关（P = 0.000、0.000）；与护龄、职称相关（P = 0.005、0.003）。 结论 深圳市二级医院护理人员管道护理的知、信、行现况呈中等水平，管道护理知识缺乏突显，应加强对护理人员进行管道护理相关知识的培训，并结合学业层次及科室专科特性有针对性的培训，提高其对管道护理的认知度、依从性，从而保障临床管道护理的安全性及有效性。 　　[关键词] 护理人员；管道护理；知信行；现状调查 　　[中图分类号] R192.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）11（b）-0103-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the status of nurses knowledge-attitude-practice （KAP） on catheter nursing training and， analyze the correlative factors and provide reference for catheter nursing training and clinical management. Methods By convenience sampling methods， 410 nurses of more than 1 year service from three second-class hospitals in Shenzhen were investigated by questionnaire. The questionnaire included KAP 3 dimensions （20 items）， all were divided into good group， normal group and bad group according to the score of KAP. By the single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis to determine the influencing factors of catheter care KAP. Results 384 questionnaires were available （93.6%）. The nurses average KAP score was （3.29±0.55） scores， knowledge score was lower [（3.09±0.46） scores]； attitude and behavior scores were higher [（3.22±0.56）， （3.58±0.63） scores] respectively. Further regression analysis showed that， the nurses KAP level on catheter nursing was related with the length of service， professional title （P = 0.005， 0.003）， and closely related with the department and educational background （P = 0.000， 0.000）. Conclusion The status of nurses KAP on catheter nursing in second-class hospitals of Shenzhen City is of medium level， the problem of nurses lacking of catheter nursing knowledge
