支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜电凝切除病变声带治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜电凝切除病变声带治疗早期声门型喉癌的手术技巧及效果。 方法 选择汕头市澄海人民医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科2010年1月～2014年6月收治的12例早期声门型喉癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均在支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下电凝切除病变声带，观察治疗效果。 结果 随访至2014年7月10日，12例均存活；仅有1例局部复发，予再次治疗后恢复良好，无复发。 结论 支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜电凝切除病变声带治疗早期声门型喉癌视野清晰，手术精细，创伤小，复发率较低，既适应恶性肿瘤治疗原则，又符合现代恶性肿瘤治疗理念，可较大程度提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 支撑喉镜；鼻内镜；电凝；声门型；喉癌 　　[中图分类号] R739.65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）10（b）-0051-04 　　Clinical studies of supporting laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic electrocoagulation resection lesions of vocal cord in treatment of early glottic carcinoma 　　CHEN Weilong CHEN Jinxian XU Yiqiao CHEN Zhansheng LIN Chubiao 　　Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery， Chenghai Peoples Hospital of Shantou City， Guangdong Province， Shantou 515800， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the operation skills and self retaining laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopic electrocoagulation resection lesions of vocal cord in treatment of early glottic carcinoma. Methods 12 cases of early glottic carcinoma in Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery， Chenghai Peoples Hospital of Shantou City from January 2010 to June 2014 were selected as study objects. They were given the treated by electrocoagulation resection lesions vocal cord under the laryngoscope and nasal endoscopy， the treatment effect was observed. Results Follow-up until 10 July 2014， all 12 patients survived， only 1 case had local recurrence， then got good recovery after re-treatment， no recurrence. Conclusion Supporting laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic electrocoagulation resection of vocal cord lesions early glottic carcinoma treated with a clear vision， fine operation， small trauma， the recurrence rate is low， not only adapt to the malignant tumor treatment principle， and in line with the modern concept of malignant tumor treatment， greatly improve the quality of life of the patients， which is worth of the clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Supporting laryngoscope； Nasal en
