改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔的临床效果。 方法 将98例混合痔患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组49例实施改良外剥内套扎术治疗，观察组49例在对照组基础上加用注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗，比较两组的疗效。 结果 两组的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组，创面愈合时间明显短于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔治愈率高、效果满意、操作简单，患者见效快，创伤小、痛苦小、愈合快、术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 混合痔；改良外剥内套扎术；注射消痔灵硬化剂 　　[中图分类号] R657.1+8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（a）-0015-03 　　Clinical research of modified external strip and internal ligationin operation combined with injection of Xiaozhiling hardener in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids 　　GUAN Qing-bin XIE Yong-can LUO Hai-jun TAN Bin-si LIANG Bao-xiang XING Zhuan LIU Chuan-chou 　　Department of General Surgery，People′s Hospital of Luoding City in Guangdong Province，Luoding 527200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe clinical effect of modified external strip and internal ligationin operation combined with injection of Xiaozhiling hardener in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 98 patients with mixed hemorrhoid in accordance with the digital table method were randomly divided into two groups，modified external strip and internal ligationin operation was used in control group（49 cases），based on the control group，injection of Xiaozhiling hardener was used in observation group（49 cases）.The curative effect of two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate in two groups was compared，with no statistical difference（P0.05）.Pain score of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group（P0.05）.
