毒虫抗癌汤治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨毒虫抗癌汤治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。 方法 选取60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上给予毒虫抗癌汤治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 实验组的有效率为56.7%，显著高于对照组的30.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组的Ⅲ～Ⅳ度骨髓抑制及恶心呕吐发生率分别为33.3%、60.0%，显著低于对照组的66.7%、86.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组的生活质量提高率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 毒虫抗癌汤加减配合化疗可明显抑制肺癌进展。 　　[关键词] 肺癌；毒虫抗癌汤；中西医结合 　　[中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0131-03 　　Clinical effect of Duchong Kangai decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer 　　MA Jin-yuan1 ZHENG Shi-liang1 CAO Juan1 LI Jian-hua2 HAN Wei1 　　1.Department of Preventive Medicine，Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University，Weifang 261041，China；2.Department of Internal Medicine，Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University，Weifang 261041，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duchong Kangai decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.
