泼尼松联合环磷酰胺治疗肾病综合征的效果观察 [摘要] 目的 观察泼尼松联合环磷酰胺治疗肾病综合征的效果。 方法 选取本院肾内科收治的50例肾病综合征患者，将其随机均分为对照组与实验组各25例，两组均给予常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上服用泼尼松，实验组在常规治疗的基础上行泼尼松与环磷酰胺联合治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 治疗后两组24 h尿蛋白量、血白蛋白以及血肌酐均有显著改善，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；且实验组改善效果更优，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。实验组治疗总有效率为96.0%，高于对照组治疗总有效率的68.0%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率为4.0%，低于对照组的28.0%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 泼尼松与环磷酰胺联合治疗肾病综合征，可收到满意效果，且安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词] 肾病综合征；泼尼松；环磷酰胺 [中图分类号] R692 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0074-03 The effect of prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide in treatment of nephrotic syndrome LI Yin-mei Department of Medicine，Dainan People′s Hospital of Xinghua City in Jiangsu Province，Xinghua 225700，China [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 50 patients with nephrotic syndrome were admitted in our hospital，and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，25 cases in each group，routine treatment was given to the two groups， prednisone was given to the control group on the basis of conventional treatment，prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide was added to the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment，the 24 h urinary protein excretion，serum albumin and serum creatinine of two groups improved，compared with before treatment，the difference was significant （P 0.05）；and the improvement of experimental group was better than that of the control group，the difference was significant （P 0.05）.The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.0%，higher than 68.0% of the control group，the difference was significant （P 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 4.0%，lower than 28.0% of the control group，the difference was significant （P 0.05）.
