基于GIS的昆明市海口林场森林景观视觉敏感度评价 　　摘要：以昆明市海口林场遥感影像图、森林资源分布图、地形图及数字化等高线得到的DEM数据为信息源，利用ArcGIS的空间分析功能，选取坡度、距离2个因子对海口林场森林景观的景观视觉敏感度进行评价。结果表明，敏感度最高的一级敏感区面积为1.5 km2，只占林场总面积的1.9%；敏感度次之的二级、三级敏感区面积为34.5 km2，占总面积的46%，但树种结构相对单一；四级敏感区面积为40 km2，占总面积的52.1%，占比最大。基于评价结果，提出海口林场森林景观开发利用建议：采取不同的造林方式，营造疏密有致、色彩丰富的森林景观，同时加强非煤矿山企业的监管，合理规划观景道路，保护景观敏感度高区域，提高森林景观水平。 　　关键词：森林景观；景观视觉敏感度；坡度；距离；海口林场 　　中图分类号：S73；P208；Q149 　　文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1671-3168（2016）01-0011-06 　　Abstract： DEM data that came from the remote sensing image， forest distribution map， topographic map and digital contour， was used as information source， combined with ArcGIS spatial analysis function， the landscape visual sensitivity of Haikou Forestry Farm was analyzed and estimated. The results show that the area of the first sensitivity grade is 1.5 km2， accounts for 1.9% of the total area； the area of the second grade and the third grade is 34.5km2， accounts for 46% of the total area， but the structure of tree species is relatively single； the area of fourth grade is 40km2， accounts for the largest proportion， reached 52.1%. As a result， some proposals to take a different way of afforestation， to build the density and colorful forest landscape， meanwhile， strengthen the supervision of non-coal mine company， plan the road reasonably， protect the high landscape sensitivity area， and improve the level of the farm’s forest landscape， are put forward. 　　Key words： forest landscape； landscape visual sensitivity； gradient； distance； Haikou Forestry Farm 　　景观视觉敏感度是指景观被注意到的程度的量度，是对人感官的一个定性描述，是景观的易见性、可见性、清晰性和醒目程度等的综合反映，与景观本身的空间位置、物理属性等都有密切的关系。景观敏感度越高，景观被注意到的可能性就越大，这些高敏感度的区域即使受到轻微的干扰，都将对景观造成巨大的冲击，所以应当作为规划中的重点保护区[1]。旅游业的发展给森林公园建设带来了机遇，各地的森林公园和风景区成为了景观规划设计的热点。人为的开发建设在一定程度上可以为公园增添景色，但也可能造成破坏效应，“破坏性建设”是目前风景旅游区普遍面临的严重问题，景观的保护应成为景观利用的前提[2]。因此，景观的合理开发利用与保护需要全面规划，统筹安排，景观敏感度的测定和评价是森林公园合理规划和开发、景观资源保护和利用的重要依据[3]。 　　海口林场分为4个营林区，零散分布在海口镇、太平镇及晋宁县部分区域，距离昆明市及周边乡镇较近，周末进行森林游憩观光的人较多。本研究以海口林场为研究区，运用GIS技术，选取相对坡度、相对距离2个因子，对海口林场森林景观的视觉敏感度进行分析评价，提出海口林场森林景观的保护
