基于Innography平台的青蒿素类药物专利情报分析 〔摘 要〕青蒿素类药物对全球防治疟疾等传染性疾病，保护世界人民的生命健康安全具有重要作用。基于Innography专利分析平台，从专利申请、专利布局、专利技术来源、竞争态势、IPC技术类别等角度对全球和中国青蒿素类药物研发的发展态势进行探讨，并在挖掘该领域核心专利的基础上，进一步分析核心专利的来源国家、专利权人及技术主题状况。研究表明，全球青蒿素类药物研发正处于快速发展时期，中国拥有该领域大量专利，但绝大多数核心专利均掌握在美国等西方国家手中。研究可为全面了解青蒿素类药物研发的发展状况，制定科学的产业发展政策提供重要参考。 〔关键词〕青蒿素；Innography；核心专利；专利分析；情报分析 DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1008-0821.2016.02.030 〔中图分类号〕G306 〔文献标识码〕A 〔文章编号〕1008-0821（2016）02-0157-10 〔Abstract〕Artemisinin-based drugs play an important role on the global fight against malaria and other infectious diseases，and protect the health and safety of people around the world.The paper not only discussed the development trend of global and Chinese artemisinin-based drugs based Innography patent analysis platform from patent applications，patents layout，technology source，competition，IPC technology category perspectives，but further analyzed source countries，patent assignee and technology theme of core patents based on digging them out.Studies have shown that artemisinin-based drug worldwide is in a period of rapid development，China has a large number of patents in the field，but the vast majority of core patents are mastered in the hands of the United States and other Western countries.Research could provide important references for comprehensive understanding of artemisinin-based drug development and the formulation of scientific industrial development policies. 〔Key words〕artemisinin；Innography；core patents；patent analysis；information analysis 2015年10月5日，瑞典卡罗琳医学院宣布，“因发现青蒿素――一种用于治疗疟疾的药物”，将2015年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖授予中国中医科学院研究员屠呦呦。这是中国科学家首次获得诺贝尔自然科学类奖项，在国内引起巨大轰动，而青蒿素作为重大发现也激起了国内外的广泛关注。青蒿素是继氯喹、乙氨嘧啶、伯喹和磺胺之后的抗疟特效药，尤其对脑型疟疾和抗氯喹疟疾具有速效、低毒的特点[1]。2004年5月，世界卫生组织（WHO）正式将青蒿素复方药物列为全球防治疟疾的首选药物。疟疾是严重危害人民健康和生命安全的重大传染病之一。2011年世界疟疾报告数据显示，2010年全球共有106个国家和地区流行疟疾，约33亿人受到威胁，并出现了2.16亿左右的疟疾病例，死亡65.5万人，其中86%的受害者为5岁以下儿童[2]。青蒿素有效缓解了亿万人的疼痛，在100多个国家拯救了无数人的生命，尤其是儿童的生命，无疑是中国传统中医药送给世界人民的一份厚礼，对全球防治疟疾等传染性疾病，保护世界人民的生命健康安全做出了重要贡献。 专利作为一种特殊的文献类型，在科技研发、情报分析中发挥着重要作用。对相关领域的专利文献进行分析，可以获知该领域的整体发展态势，
