本科毕业设计(论文) 题 目:我国企业跨国并购的文化差异与文化整合探究 学生姓名: 院 (系): 经济管理学院 专业班级: 国际经济与贸易0902 指导教师: 完成时间: 年 月 日 摘要 企业通过并购来扩大自身规模和增强实力。同时,多项研究表明,相对国内并购来说跨国并购往往面临的问题更多,其中很大一部分原因就在于并购过程面临的巨大文化差异难题,甚至可以说,跨文化整合是企业跨国并购成功的关键。近年来,我国企业日益积极的参与跨国并购。本文结合当今国际跨国并购的实际情况,对企业跨国并购中的文化差异与整合问题,进行较深入的研究和探讨,继而采用的研究思路与主要研究方法是充分利用企业文化的理论知识,结合文献资料调研等方法,分析与论述跨文化差异与整合。首先,分析了我国企业的跨国并购和存在的文化差异问题。其次,对文化差异与跨国并购绩效的关系做了探索。然后,对我国企业跨国并购中的文化整合问题进行了深入分析。最后,总结经验和建议,提出我国企业跨国并购中提高文化整合效果的对策,用以指导我国企业的跨国并购实践。 关键词:跨国并购;文化差异;文化整合 ABSTRACT Merger and Acquisition(MA)is an important means for external expansion and allocation of resource between different enterprises. at the same time,Several studies show that Cross-border M As are often faced with more problems than Domestic mergers and acquisitions. One of the important reasons is that Company encountered major problems of the cultural differences. in other words ,cultural integration is the key to the success of cross-border MAs. In recent years, Our country enterprises are increasingly active participation in cross-border MAs. This article is based on the theory and practice of Cross-border M As , Do some deeper researches on The cultural differences and cultural integration. First of all, This article analyzes our country enterprise transnational merger and acquisition. Secondly, the paper analyzes the relationship between cultural differences and the performance of Cross-border M As. And , It Analysis the problem of our country enterprise about the cultural integration . Finally, This article Based on experiences Put forward Some Suggestions that can Improve the effect of cultural integration.
