Unit 3 Christmas教学设计 Part 1 教材分析 Ⅰ课文背景 The theme of this unit is Celebration. It mainly introduces some important festivals at home and abroad and how do people to celebrate these festivals. By studying of this unit, we’ll Enable the students to know the different cultures between Chinese and west world. At the same time, let the students gradually form the conscious of culture. This lesson plays an important part in learning west cultures. As we know, Christmas is to west world just like Spring Festival is to China. So if our Students can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the theme of this unit. That is know well about the celebrate activities at Christmas. Ⅱ 学情分析 1. After the first three lessons learning, students have gained some background knowledge about this unit and in the process of Warm Up ,they have learned some related new words. All of that will help students to read this article and output some ideas. 2.??? About Christmas, all students have expressed a keen interest in this lesson. They all know something about it. So according to this, we can try kinds of learning strategies and skills to relate personal interest to the learning of this lesson. Ⅲ 重难点 1.
