第 42 卷 第 3 期河 北 工 业 大 学 学 报2013 年 6 月Vol.42 No.3JOURNAL OF HEBEI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGYJune 2013文章编号：1007-2373 (2013) 03-0097-07基于技术差异分析的京津冀区域经济一体化实证研究梁慧超，刘静，沈红丽（河北工业大学 经济管理学院，天津 300401 ）摘要采用基于 DEA 的 Malmquist 指数法对京津冀区域的技术差异进行了实证分析，研究了 2000 ~ 2010 年京津冀区域全要素生产率及其构成部分的变动情况，从时间序列来看，京津冀地区的全要素生产率呈波动变化的特征，从截面数据来看，这些地区的全要素生产率除北京、天津、石家庄和廊坊上升外，其余地区均有所下降，说明京津冀区域全要素生产率水平表现出时间轨迹的波动性和地区发展的不均衡性，由此阻碍了其经济一体化的顺利发展，在此基础上提出明确京津冀区域功能定位、完善京津冀区域交通网络、优化京津冀区域产业结构、推进京津冀区域协调机制的建议，以促进京津冀区域要素流动、强化京津冀区域战略合作、缩小京津冀区域的技术差距，实现京津冀区域经济协调快速发展．关键词京津冀；区域经济；一体化；技术差异；Malmquist 指数；全要素生产率中图分类号F127文献标志码AAn empirical study on technology difference ofregional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-HebeiLIANG Hui-chao，LIU Jing，SHEN Hong-li( School of Economics and Management,Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin 300401,China )Abstract This paper provides an empirical study on technology difference of regional economic of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Using the DEA-Malmquist index method, it researches the total factor productivity (TFP) changes of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2000 to 2010. Results show that the TFP of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has fluctuation from the perspective of time series. The TFP declines apart from Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Langfang from the perspective of cross profile data. These illustrate that the TFP level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei show volatility of time trajectory and non-balanced of area development, then hinder the economic integration smooth development. Based on the above, the proposal that definite regional function orientation, complete transportation network, optimize industrial structure and advanced co-ordination mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is put forward to promote flow of factors, strengthen strategic cooperation, narrow the technology difference and realize the coordinate and rapid development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional Economy.Key wordsBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei; regional economy; integration; technology difference; malmquist convergence; TFP0引言京津冀地区作为中
