This paper discusses the widely used of statistical thinking and on the basis of introduction to MATLAB toolbox , by introducing the variance analysis, discriminant analysis, principal component analysis based on analysis of three common statistical principle and its application examples, combining with the MATLAB programming, summarized the simple computer solving method, and presents a concrete answers.
