毕 业 论 文 题 目 秦皇岛家庭旅馆发展对策研究 英文题目Research on the Countermeasures of Rodina Hotel in Qinhuangdao 摘要 庭家庭旅馆这一住宿形式因其安全舒适、价格低廉的服务方式，温馨的家庭感受和特色服务很得消费者青睐。加之，与其它住宿形式相比，开办家庭旅馆消耗少、成本低、灵活性强，风险小，本身就具有良好的经济、社会和环境效益，因此在旅游需求逐渐呈现多元化与个性化的新消费主义时代，家庭旅馆作为住宿产业的一种新的补充形式，将会呈现出较好的发展姿态。 本文以秦皇岛市家庭旅馆发展对策为研究的主题，分别从理论和实践两个大的方面对秦皇岛家庭旅馆的发展进行了具体的分析。首先依据国内外关于家庭旅馆的相关理论研究，对秦皇岛的家庭旅馆进行了理论上的解释。接下来通过抽样实地调研，电话采访以及采访知情导游和收集网上资料的方式获得相关数据和信息，在此基础上对秦皇岛的发展现状进行了总结，并结合SWOT分析法和波特的五力模型理论对秦皇岛家庭旅馆的发展现状作了相关分析。最后对分析中发现的问题提出了解决方案，并对秦皇岛家庭旅馆的可持续发展提出了相应的对策。 [关键词] 家庭旅馆；发展现状；发展对策；秦皇岛 Abstract The majority of domestic tourists in China is also an economic-type tourists, the factor of price will influence the behavior of the sensitivities tourists, so some hotels are often difficult to accept .At the same time, many tourists become to mature， and consumer psychology experience tourism gradually on the rise, travelers are no longer simply to meet the fly-like form of tourism, but also hope to involved in the contemporary scenes of life and experience the local customs, to explore different life .it has become a major tourist and cultural purposes. Additionally, compared with other forms of accommodation, family run hotel consumption, low cost, flexibility, risk, itself has a good economic, social and environmental benefits, it gradually diversified in tourism demand and personalized new Age of consumerism, family hotel accommodation industry as a new supplement form, will be showing a good development stance.
