优质护理对优化门诊就诊流程中的运用 　　【摘要】目的：分析研究优化门诊就诊流程加入优质护理的临床效果。方法：全科统一认识，完善各项规章制度，主动开展优质护理服务，对开展优质护理服务以后的门诊就诊流程以及群众满意度给予分析。结果：开展优质护理服务以后，门诊就诊流程秩序井然，挂号、取药以及缴费的人数在10人以下，群众满意度从原来的90%增加到95%以上。结论：优化门诊就诊流程加入优质护理服务，可以使门诊就诊流程井然有序，群众满意度明显提高，使门诊乃至整个医院持续、良好的发展。 　　【关键词】运用；门诊；就诊流程；优质护理 　　Abstract：Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in optimizing the outpatient service procedure.
