健康体检中应用程序化和谐护理的必要性探讨 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨程序化和谐护理在医院健康体检中应用的必要性。 方法 选用2013年2月～2014年2月来本院接受健康体检的普通市民808例，将其随机均分为两组，护理组给予体检者程序化和谐护理，对照组给予常规护理。对两组体检者各项满意率（环境舒适度、体检流程通畅度、体检项目宣教程度、个人隐私保密度等）、体检总用时、症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分等情况进行对比。 结果 护理组体检者的各项满意率、体检总用时、SCL-90评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 在医院健康体检中应用程序化和谐护理不仅可以缩短体检总用时、提高体检者各项满意率，而且可以减轻体检者的情绪负担，从而促进体检者与护理人员默契配合，拉近护患之间的关系，最终实现体检者能够愉悦的快速、顺利完成各项体检检查的目的。 　　[关键词] 健康体检；程序化和谐护理；常规护理 　　[中图分类号] R47[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（b）-0144-03 　　 　　Exploration of necessity of applying procedural harmonious nursing in health examination 　　WAN Xue-ting ZHANG Na 　　Department of Health Examination,the Third Hospital of Nanchang City,Nanchang 330000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and investigate the necessity of applying procedural harmonious nursing in hospital health examination. Methods 808 normal residents receiving health examination in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly and evenly divided into two groups.The nursing group received procedural harmonious nursing and the control group received conventional nursing.The satisfaction rates to each item (environmental comfort,patency of health examination process,publicity degree of health examination project and secrecy of personal privacy),total examination time and symptom checklist (SCL-90) scores of the two groups of health examinees were compared. Results The nursing group had significantly better satisfaction rates to each item,total examination time and SCL-90 score than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion The application of procedural harmonious nursing in hospital health examination not only can shorten total health examination time and improve the health examinees′ satisfaction rates to each item,but also can relieve the health examinees′ emotional burden,and therefore promotes tacit examinee-nurse coordination,narrows nurse-patient relationship and finally realize the goal of ensuring joyful,fast and successful completion of each health ex
