外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂联合甲硝唑栓治疗细菌性阴道病的效果观察 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂联合甲硝唑栓治疗细菌性阴道病的临床效果。方法 选取本院2012年2月～2013年5月收治的200例细菌性阴道病患者，采用随机双盲的研究方法分为两组，试验组给予外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂联合甲硝唑栓治疗，对照组给予甲硝唑栓治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果，并于治疗结束后及治愈后3个月内进行复查，观察两组患者的复发情况。 结果 两组治疗后线索细胞、pH等指标差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组治疗后白带多、外阴痒等临床症状差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组患者治疗后随访复发9例（9.0%），对照组复发31例（31.0%），两组差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.196，P＜0.05）。 结论 外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂联合甲硝唑栓治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效安全、可靠，值得进一步研究和推广应用。 　　[关键词] 外用抗菌离子膜喷雾剂；甲硝唑栓；治疗；细菌性阴道病 　　[中图分类号] R711.31[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（a）-0058-03 　　 　　Efficacy observation of external application of topical antibacterial spray combined with metronidazole suppository in treatment of bacterial vaginosis 　　ZHANG Qian YANG Yong-hua 　　Dalian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Dalian 116000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of topical antibacterial spray combined with metronidazole suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
