采用骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折 　　[摘要] 目的 研究骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析本院2008年1月～2011年2月收治的32例复杂肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料，观察骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗的效果及并发症情况。结果 全部患者手术均顺利完成，随访1～2年，患者的VAS疼痛评分为（0.6±1.1）分，ASES评分为（81.3±12.8）分，Constant-Murley评分为（81.4±12.7），UCLA评分为（27.8±5.2）分，1例出现肱骨头上移，患者整体满意度较高。结论 骨小梁金属假体进行人工肩关节置换治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折，临床效果较为理想，可以推广使用。 　　[关键词] 骨小梁金属假体；人工肩关节置换；复杂肱骨近端骨折 　　[中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0000-02 　　The complicated proximal humerus fractures treated with artificial shoulder joint replacement using the bone trabecular metal prosthesis 　　QI Jing-tao1 HUANG Ye2 　　1.Department of Orthopedics， Peoples Hospital of Gongyi City in Henan Province， Gongyi 451250， China； 2.Department of Orthopedics， the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in Jiangsu Province， Nanjing 210029， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of artificial shoulder joint replacement with bone trabecular metal prosthesis in treatment of complicated proximal humerus fractures. Methods Clinical data of 32 cases with complicated proximal humerus fractures from January 2008 to February 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively， and then the effect and complications of artificial shoulder joint replacement with bone trabecular metal prosthesis in treatment of complicated proximal humerus fractures were analyzed. Results All the srugery were completed successfully， and patients were followed up for 1-2 years， the VAS pain score of the patients was（0.6±1.1） points， ASES score was（81.3±12.8） points， and the Constant- Murley score was（81.4±12.7） points， UCLA score was（27.8±5.2） points， 1 case appeared humerus head moving up， patients overall satisfaction was higher. Conclusion Clinical effect of artificial shoulder joint replacement with bone trabecular metal prosthesis in treatment of complicated proximal humerus fractures is more ideal， thus，this method can be promoted in clinic. 　　[Key words] Bone trabecular metal prosthesis； Pros
