Krupple样转录因子6蛋白在口腔癌组织中的表达及其与p21蛋白的关系 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Krupple样转录因子6（KLF6）蛋白在口腔癌中的表达及其与p21蛋白的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化法，对2007年9月～2012年9月入住益阳医学高等专学校附属医院的50例口腔癌组织、50例口腔癌旁组织及50例正常口腔组织的KLF6蛋白、p21蛋白进行检测，分析两种蛋白在上述组织的表达情况以及两种蛋白的相关性。 结果 KLF6及p21表达在浸润深度方面，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）；口腔癌组织中KLF6与p21蛋白阳性表达率分别为88.00%及74.00%；癌旁组织分别为58.00%及40.00%；正常口腔组织分别为0.00%、0.00%。三组KLF6及p21阳性表达率相比，差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.001）；口腔癌组织中KLF6与p21具有正相关性（r = 0.568，P 0.01）。 结论 KLF6与p21蛋白在口腔癌的发生与发展中可能具有非常重要的作用，且两者在口腔癌组织中呈现正相关关系。 　　[关键词] KLF6蛋白；p21蛋白；口腔癌组织；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R739.86 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）01（c）-0009-04 　　Relationship of Krupple like transcription factor 6 protein in oral carcinoma and its relationship with p21 protein 　　LIU Yuanyue HOU Juhua LI Can 　　Department of Pathology of Yiyang Medical College， Hu′nan Province， Yiyang 413000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship of Krupple like transcription factor 6 （KLF6） protein in oral carcinoma and its relationship with p21 protein. Methods 50 cases of oral cancer， 50 cases of oral cancer tissues and 50 cases of normal oral tissue in Affiliated Hospital of Yiyang Medical College from September 2007 to September 2012 were selected， and KLF6 protein， p21 protein were detected. And the expression condition and their relationship were analyzed. Results In the depth of invasion， there were statistical differences of KLF6 and p21 expression （P 0.05）. The expression rates of KLF6 and p21 protein in the oral cancer tissue were respectively 88.00% and 74.00%， 58.00% and 40.00% in the side tissue of the cancer， and 0.00%， 0.00% in the normal oral tissue. There were significantly statistical differences of the positive expression rate of KLF6 and p21 （P 0.001）； there was a positive correlation between the KLF6 and p21 in the oral cancer tissue （r = 0.568， P 0.01）. Conclusion KLF6 and p21 protein in oral cancer occurrence and development may have a very important role， and there is a positive relationship between them in the oral cancer tissue.
