探讨右美托咪定复合丙泊酚在膀胱镜检查术中的应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：观察右美托咪定、丙泊酚及右美托咪定复合丙泊酚在膀胱镜检查术中的麻醉效果并进行比较。方法：选取2012年4-10月本院进行膀胱镜检查术的99例男性患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为丙泊酚组（A组）、右美托咪定组（B组）、丙泊酚复合右美托咪定组（C组），每组33例患者。记录检查中各组麻醉药物的用量，观察并比较三组在检查前、中、后收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（Hr）和动脉血氧饱和度（SpO2）的变化情况，同时记录并比较三组的定向力恢复时间和意识恢复时间。结果：三组血压、心率与检查前相比较，均呈一过性的下降，A组下降程度最大，且意识恢复时间较B、C组明显增加（P0.05），B组用药剂量大，操作繁琐，C组与A组相比麻醉效果稳定，生命体征平稳，意识恢复时间短（P0.05），与B组相比右美托咪定用量少，操作简单。结论：小剂量右美托咪定复合丙泊酚用于膀胱检查术中能有效减少患者的不良反应，缩短唤醒时间，减少麻醉药物用量，提高患者舒适度，增强手术质量，操作简单，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 右美托咪定； 丙泊酚； 膀胱镜检查术 　　Explore the Dexmedetomidine and Propofol Given in Intraoperative Cystoscopy Application Value/LIU Jin-qiang，TIAN Song，WEI Wei.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：084-086 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and compare the effects of dexmedetomidine，propofol and dexmedetomidine anesthesia combined with propofol in intraoperative cystoscopy.Method：Ninety-nine male patients were selected from April 2012 to October 2012 in our hospital for cystoscopy surgery，they were randomly divided into the propofol group （group A），the dexmedetomidine group （group B），the propofol and dexmedetomidine group （group C），33 cases in each group.The amount of anesthetic drugs in each group were recorded，three groups in the inspection before，during and after the systolic blood pressure （SBP），diastolic blood pressure （DBP），heart rate （HR） and arterial oxygen saturation （SpO2） changes were observed and recorded，the orientation recovery time and consciousness recovery time of three groups were recorded and compared.Result：The pressure of three groups compared with before the inspection，heart rate showed a transient decrease at the same time，group A declined in the largest degree and consciousness recovery time was increased significantly than group B and group C，group B had a large medication dose，complicated operation，group C compared with group A，anesthetic effect and vital signs were stable，and consciousness recovery time was short（P0.05），compared with the group B，the dosage of dexmedetom
