生活方式干预对多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 分析生活方式干预对多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效的影响。方法 选择146例非酒精性脂肪肝患者，分别给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗及生活方式干预辅助多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗，比较治疗前后肝功能及血脂指标、肝脏彩超影像图、BMI及平均腰围、生活质量等。结果 观察组治疗后ALT、AST、TBIL、TG、TC、LDL-C、肝肿大、BMI、平均腰围值均明显低于对照组；HDL-C、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、总体生活质量明显高于对照组。结论 生活方式干预辅助多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗可以有效降低患者的体重，改善患者的肝功能及血脂情况，优化肝脏超声图像，提高其生活质量。 　　[关键词] 非酒精性脂肪肝；多烯磷脂酰胆碱；生活方式干预；肝功能；血脂 　　[中图分类号] R657.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0103-04 　　Clinical curative effect of lifestyle intervention on polyene phosphatidyl choline treatment nonalcoholic fatty liver disease 　　JIANG Yuhua1 SHI Junping2 　　1.Department of Digestion Liver Disease， the People’s Hospital of Yizhou， Ningbo 315040， China； 2.Department of Severe Liver Disease，Hangzhou No.6 Hospital，Hangzhou 310014， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of lifestyle intervention on polyene phosphatidyl choline treatment nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods A total of 146 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were divided into observation group and control group， control group was given polyene phosphatidyl choline treatment， the observation group was given lifestyle intervention auxiliary polyene phosphatidyl choline treatment， liver function， blood fat， liver exceeds the average image change， BMI， waistline， the quality of life scores were compared. Results After treatment Observation group ALT， AST， TBIL， TG， TCL， LDL-C， liver enlargement， BMI， average waistline value were significantly lower than control group； HDL-C， Physical function， psychological function， social function， quality of life were significantly higher than the control group.
