硫酸镁联合碳酸钙治疗子痫前期的效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨硫酸镁联合碳酸钙治疗子痫前期的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析本院收治的118例子痫前期患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各59例，治疗组采用硫酸镁联合碳酸钙治疗，对照组仅采用硫酸镁治疗，疗程结束后，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组的总有效率为93.22%，明显高于对照组的84.75%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后治疗组血黏度（2.21±0.62）mPa·s、血细胞压积（35.71±5.22）%、24 h尿蛋白定量（1.04±0.29）g/24 h，均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用硫酸镁联合碳酸钙治疗子痫前期孕妇能显著改善血液指标，降低尿蛋白量，临床疗效显著。 　　【关键词】 硫酸镁； 碳酸钙； 子痫前期 　　The Observation of the Effect for Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Calcium Carbonate in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome/ZHANG Lin，LUO Jun-sheng.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（26）：050-051 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect for magnesium sulfate combined with calcium carbonate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Method：The clinical data of 118 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment，they were divided into the treatment group and the control group（n=59），the treatment group was given magnesium sulfate combined with calcium carbonate，and the control group was only given magnesium sulfate.After the treatment，the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 93.22%，higher than 84.75% of the control group.There were significant differences between the groups （P0.05）.The blood viscosity of the treatment group after treatment was（2.21±0.62）mPa·s，haematocrit was（35.71±5.22）%，24 h urinary protein quantitative was（1.04±0.29 g/24 h）were significantly lower than the control group，there were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The magnesium sulfate combined with calcium carbonate in the treatment of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can significantly improve the blood indicators，reduce urinary protein quantity，and the clinical curative effect is remarkable. 　　【Key words】 Magnesium sulfate； Calcium carbonate； Pregnancy-induced hypertension 　　Fir
