临床护理路径对改进护理质量的作用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察分析临床护理路径对改进护理质量的作用。 方法 选取2012年7～12月本院心内科住院的患者230例作为研究对象。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组120例患者实施临床护理路径管理模式；对照组110例患者实施常规的临床护理管理模式。 结果 观察组患者对临床治疗护理工作的满意度为94.2%，对照组为83.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.01）；观察组患者对于疾病和各种治疗项目了解程度方面高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.01）；观察组患者的平均住院时间比对照组短，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.01）。 结论 实施临床路径管理能提高患者对治疗护理的满意度，使患者对疾病的了解程度加深，缩短住院时间，对医疗机构整体医疗质量的提高有重要的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 临床路径；护理质量；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0117-02 　　The analysis of the role of clinical pathway management in improving medical quality 　　HU Xiao-ling 　　The Fourth Hospital of Changsha City in Hunan Province，Changsha 410006， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the role of clinical pathway management in improving medical quality. Methods 230 patients in internal medicine-cardiovascular department of our hospital from July to December 2012 were chosen as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group of 120 cases were taken with clinical nursing pathway management model，the control group of 110 cases were taken with routine clinical nursing management.
