学号： 0803114 毕业论文 （ 2012 届本科） 题 目： 试析韩国新村运动 系（部）院： 历史文化与旅游学院 专 业： 历史学 作者姓名： 杜天晴 指导教师： 武鸿钧 职 称： 副教授 完成日期： 2012 年 6 月 7 日 二○一二 年 六 月 试析韩国新村运动 杜天晴 （河西学院历史文化与旅游学院08级（1）班 甘肃张掖 734000） 摘 要：20世纪60年代，韩国还是一个农业落后的国家，农村发展问题十分突出。基于国情,韩国政府组织实施了新农村建设与发展运动。新农村运动把农村的基础设施建设、科学技术的推广、经济的发展、农民的收入和农民的精神素质教育紧密地结合起来，以农民自主为基本动力，政府支援为辅助措施，带动农民进行新村建设。这项运动成为韩国农业和农村发展的强大动力，改变了当时农村落后面貌，在经济和精神领域都发生了重大变化，实现了跨越式发展。本文着重通过对韩国新村运动发起的背景、过程、主要内容、取得的成就、新村运动的特征、经验及缺点进行分析，在此基础上对韩国新村运动形成科学的认识。 关键词：韩国；新村运动；农村建设；新村精神 Analysis the Korea New Rural Movement Du Tianqing (The college of Historical Culture and Tourism in Hexi University Gansu Zhangye 734000) Abstract：In the 1960s, Korea was a backward country in terms of its agriculture; the agriculture issue was very grim. On the basis of its national situation, the government of Korea carried out the new rural construction and development movement，they combine new rural movement with construction of infrastructure in rural area, popularization of science-technology, development of economy, income of farmers, and mental quality education of farmers. The independence of farmers as the basic force and the support from the government as the supplementary measures for the movement, the government lead farmers to build the new rural. This movement gave Korea a strong hand in furthering its development of agriculture and rural area; it changed its backwardness in rural area, great changes had taken place in economic field and realm of spirit, striding development had been realized. This paper formed a scientific understanding on the basis of analyzing the background, process, primary coverage, achievements, features, experience and disadvantages of the new rural movement.
