护理干预对小儿静脉留置针的留置时间及并发症的影响 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨门诊和病房的不同护理干预程度对小儿静脉留置针的留置时间及并发症的影响。方法 收集2011年8月至 2013年10月在门诊输液患儿72例和病房输液患儿84例， 共156例；评价不同护理干预程度对门诊组和病房组患儿静脉留置针的留置时间及并发症例数的影响。结果 病房组患儿留置针留置时间明显比门诊组患儿的留置时间长， 门诊组患儿在留置针脱管及合并感染方面例数均明显高于病房组患儿的并发症， 但在外渗方面两组间未见显著差异。结论 系统的专业护理干预以及对患儿家长细致的护理指导干预有助于减少病房和门诊患儿外周静脉留置针的并发症并延长留置时间。 　　【关键词】 护理干预；留置针；留置时间；并发症 　　The effect of nursing intervention on the retentiontime and complications of the infant venous indwelling needle SONG Ke-hua， ZANG Li-qin. Paediatrics Department， Laiyang Center Hospital of Yantai， Yantai 265200，China 　　【Abstract】】Objective To discuss the different degree of nursing intervention to clinic and ward of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle indwelling time and complications.Methods Collected from August 2011 to October 2011 in the outpatient infusion in children with 72 cases and wards infusion in children with 84 cases， a total of 156 cases. evaluation of different degree of nursing intervention on the outpatient service and ward group children with intravenous indwelling needle indwelling time and effect of the complications. Results Ward group of children with indwelling needle indwelling time than outpatient children with indwelling time， outpatient group children in needle pipe and merge infection cases were significantly higher than the ward group of children with complications， but outside permeability has no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion System of professional nursing intervention and guidance for parents and meticulous nursing care intervention helps reduce ward and outpatient children with peripheral venous indwelling needle complications and prolong the indwelling time. 　　【Key words】 Nursing Intervention； Venous Indwelling Needle； Retentiontime； Complications 　　外周静脉留置针在儿科护理工作中的使用， 既减少了患儿的穿刺次数， 减轻了患儿对静脉穿刺的恐惧心理， 又在一定程度上减轻了儿科护士的工作量[1，2]。目前， 烟台市莱阳中心医院已在门诊及病房患儿中推广使用外周静脉留置针156例， 但由于门诊和病房对于小儿外周静脉留置针的护理干预程度不同， 留置针的使用效果也不尽一致， 故本文旨在比较门诊和病房的不同护理干预程度对小儿外周静脉留置针的留置时间及其并发症的影响。 　　1 资料与方法
