氯吡格雷联合血塞通治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨氯吡格雷联合血塞通治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 选取2011年1月～2013年1月本院收治的门诊及住院2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者68例，将患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组32例，所有患者入院后均给予对症支持治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予氯吡格雷75 mg/d顿服，血塞通注射液450 mg/d，14 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分和患者不良反应等。 结果 对照组患者在治疗后总有效率为71.88%，观察组总有效率为91.67%，两组患者总有效率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 氯吡格雷联合血塞通治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病合并脑梗死；氯吡格雷；血塞通 　　[中图分类号] R977.1+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0057-02 　　Observation of efficacy of clopidogrel combined with Xuesaitong in treatment of type-2 diabetes complicated with cerebral Infarction 　　HE Dao-yue 　　Yingdong District Kouzi Central Health Center of Fuyang City in Anhui Province，Fuyang 236050，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of type-2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-eight outpatients and inpatients with type-2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group with 36 patients and the control group with 32 patients.All the patients admitted to hospital were given symptomatic supportive treatment.The observation group was given clopidogrel 75 mg/d and Xuesaitong injection 450 mg/d on the basis of conventional treatment and 1 treatment course consisted of 14 days.The curative efficacy and the pretreatment and posttreatment neurological deficit scores and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment，the control group had a total effective rate of 71.88% and the observation group of 91.67%，with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with Xuesaitong shows significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with type-2 diabetes，thereby worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction；Clopi
