SECTION 09511 - ACOUSTICAL PANEL CEILINGS GENERAL RELATED DOCUMENTS Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and Division?1 Specification Sections, apply to this Section. SUMMARY This Section includes acoustical panels and exposed suspension systems for ceilings. Include diffusers for cove lighting where indicated. SUBMITTALS Product Data: For each type of product indicated. Coordinate Drawings: Reflected ceiling plans drawn to scale and coordinating penetrations and ceiling-mounted items. Show the following: Ceiling suspension members. Method of attaching hangers to building structure. Furnish layouts for cast-in-place anchors, clips, and other ceiling attachment devices whose installation is specified in other Sections. Ceiling-mounted items including lighting fixtures, diffusers, grilles, speakers, sprinklers, access panels, and special moldings. Minimum Drawing Scale: 1/4 inch = 1 foot. Samples for Verification: For each component indicated and for each exposed finish required, prepared on Samples of size indicated below. Acoustical Panel: Set of 6-inch- square Samples of each type, color, pattern, and texture. Exposed Suspension System Members, Moldings, and Trim: Set of 12-inch- long Samples of each type, finish, and color. LEED Submittals: Product Data for Credit?MR?4.1?and MR?4.2: For products having recycled content, documentation indicating percentages by weight of postconsumer and preconsumer recycled content. Include statement indicating costs for each product having recycled content. Product Data for Credit?EQ?4.1: For sealants, including printed statement of VOC content. Maintenance Data: For finishes to include in maintenance manuals. QUALITY ASSURANCE Source Limitations: Obtain each type of acoustical ceiling panel and supporting suspension system through one source from a single manufacturer. Fire-Test-Response Characteristics: Provide acoustical panel ceilings that comply with the
