妇产科护理常见风险的预防及其处理 　　[摘要] 目的 分析妇产科护理常见风险的预防及处理对策。 方法 将2013年4月 ～ 2014年4月期间我院妇产科收治的258例患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者接受常规的护理管理，观察组患者接受风险观念指导下的护理管理，对比两组患者出现护理差错、护患纠纷和患者满意度。 结果 观察组中3例患者出现护理差错，2例患者出现护患纠纷，96.20%的患者对护理工作表示满意，对照组患者分别为护理差错、护患纠纷分别为15例、7例，患者满意度为86.07%，观察组与对照组患者的护理差错、护患纠纷和患者满意度的差异有统计学意义。 结论 加强护理人员的风险和法律意识、建立完善的规章制度和工作规范、改善服务态度、加强职业道德和精神教育可以预防及处理妇产科护理常见的风险。 　　[关键词] 妇产科;护理风险;预防及处理对策 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）02-127-03 　　The prevention and treatment of common risk in obstetrics and gynecology care 　　WANG Hongling 　　Chuanhui MCH of Zhoukou City， Zhoukou 466000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the prevention and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology nursing common risks. Methods 258 patients from April 2013 to April 2014 treated in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology were selected as research subjects， were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group， patients in the control group received usual care management， the observation group received care under the concept of risk management guidance， nursing errors， nursing disputes and patient satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared. Results There were 3 patients with nursing errors， 2 patients nursing disputes， 96.20% of the patients expressed satisfaction with the care， nursing errors， nurse-patient disputes were 15 cases， 7 cases in the control group， patient satisfaction degree was 86.07%， the difference of nursing errors， nurse-patient disputes and patient satisfaction between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant.
