中药组方联合奥平栓治疗宫颈糜烂样改变的临床研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨分析中药组方联合奥平栓对于治疗宫颈糜烂样改变的临床应用疗效，指导临床选择最佳的治疗方法。方法 随机选取我院自2013年10月～2015年5月接收诊治的160例宫颈糜烂样改变患者作为研究对象，治疗前必须经筛查除外子宫颈上皮内瘤变和子宫颈癌，对这160例患者进行临床治疗疗效对比。将被选中的所有研究对象按照入院的先后顺序分为治疗组与对照组两组，治疗组92例病患，对照组68例病患。对于治疗组的92例宫颈糜烂样改变患者，采用中药组方联合奥平栓治疗，而对于对照组的68例患者，给予物理治疗联合奥平栓治疗[1]。与此同时，观察记录所有作为研究对象的患者在治疗期间的临床疗效。结果 治疗组临床疗效相较于对照组治疗效果，更为显著，P0.05，研究具有统计学意义。结论 中药组方联合奥平栓对于宫颈糜烂样改变的临床疗效是显著的，值得在临床治疗中加以推广。 　　关键词：中药组方；奥平栓；物理治疗；宫颈糜烂样改变；临床疗效；对比 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the combined prescription of traditional Chinese medicine suppository for clinical application in the treatment of cervical erosion effect，to guide the clinical treatment to choose the best. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from 2013 October to 2015 May between the 160 cases receiving treatment of cervical erosion patients as the research object，compare the clinical curative effect of 160 patients.All subjects will be selected according to the order of admission were divided into treatment group and control group two groups，the treatment group of 92 patients，68 cases of control group patients.For 92 cases of cervical erosion patients in the treatment group，the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon treatment，for 68 cases of patients in the control group，received physical therapy combined with suppository in the treatment[1].At the same time， to observe and record all patients as the research object of clinical efficacy during treatment.Results According to the data obtained clinical analysis，the control group used in physical therapy combined with suppository in the treatment of the total efficiency is 67.65%，and the use of Chinese medicine prescription and suppository in the treatment of the treatment group，the total efficiency is 94.57%.Obviously，the treatment effect of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group compared with control group，more significantly.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups had significant difference （P0.05），with
