关于幼儿父母择园影响因素的调查研究 摘要 如今教育备受重视，对于个人教育选择已成为了社会发展的一种趋势。自90年代以来，教育选择已越发的普遍，幼儿教育也受到了影响，家长给孩子选择幼儿园的问题也越来越被得到重视。因此“择园”就成为了近年来的热门话题。针对这一问题，本研究通过对幼儿父母的个人访谈，发放问卷和查阅相关文献做了一项影响幼儿父母择园因素的调查。本次调查是以幼儿父母自身的主客观原因为主，其他外界因素为之选择的辅助调查。所以本研究是以父母本身和幼儿园两大方面为主、幼儿自身为辅作为研究对象，以访谈法、问卷法、文献查阅法为研究方法，根据调查的结果进行分析和总结；从而为父母择园提供相应的参考资料，为完善择园问题尽自己的一臂之力，为幼儿教育事业的发展做铺垫。 本次调查结果显示，绝大部分父母都为孩子选择过幼儿园，其中只有一小部分认为孩子上幼儿园无需选择。为孩子择园的多为母亲，父亲较少。本研究影响幼儿父母择园的因素有三个维度，分别是父母、幼儿园和幼儿。在这三个维度中共有十三个因素。研究结果得出，那十三个因素对幼儿父母择园都有一定的影响，在择园时父母认为最重要的前三项是收费、环境设备、师资力量。而结果得出除了这三项外还有父母的受教育水平、父母的月收入对择园的影响也较大。虽然这些因素对择园的影响都占有一定的比重，但是本研究得出幼儿的自主意愿这一因素在择园时所占的比重与以前相比提高不少。这就可以知道现在幼儿的意愿与感受在择园时逐渐受到重视。 关键词：影响因素；幼儿父母；择园 Parents choose Child care Nursery Nactors affecting Research ABSTRACT Today education has attracted increasing attention, a trend has become the choice for personal education and social development. Since the 1990s, more and more educational choices have been widespread, early childhood education has also been affected, parents give their children choose the kindergarten problems are increasingly being taken seriously.
