建筑项目成本与利润规避风险——以L为例.docx

摘 要随着我国改革开放的不断深化和国民经济高速地发展，建筑市场的竞争也变得日趋激烈。投资大、建设周期长、利益关联者多为建设工程项目的特点，因此施工期间的不确定性也使得整个过程伴随着风险，如社会政治风险、经济风险、技术风险、管理风险、人员风险、安全风险、合同风险等。这些风险对项目的顺利实施造成了重大的影响。在如今，项目建设的风险管理日渐发展，工程风险分析和工程保险开始兴起，市场前景很是广阔。风险管理的关键手段之一是工程保险，它可以提升预防事故的能力，将建设工程风险转移，保证工程顺利实施。本研究以“建筑工程成本利润规避风险”为研究方向，又以龙腾特钢技改二期工程为实例进行分析。我们看到在一些工程管理中，工程保险已经成为承包商保护自己利益的办法。立足于工程保险的工程建设，使本文探讨的工程风险管理的主要问题。本文主要从五个方面具体阐述了这一理论和应用。第一章主要对建筑工程项目风险管理相关背景进行了介绍，第二章对建筑工程项目风险管理的国内外研究现状进行简单概述，第三章对建筑工程项目风险规避进行探讨论述，第四章用案例分析，站在实践的角度对建筑工程成本利润规避风险采取的办法进行描述分析，最后则对本研究进行了总结和展望。关键词 :风险，风险管理，工程风险，工程保险Architecture Project Avoid Risk in Cost and Profit----taking an example of Longteng special steel technical phase in projectAbstractWith the deepening of Chinas reform, opening up and national economy high-speed development, construction market competition becomes increasingly fierce.
