Based on the present condition of computer hardware and software system, office automation has been basically implemented in most companies. From a long-term perspective, the future office system also needs to be gradually upgraded with the development of technology. In this paper, the role of office automation is expounded first, and then the application model of computer intelligent office system is studied, and finally the matters needing attention in the process of companies to promote intelligent office system are analyzed.
