健儿防惊汤预防小儿高热惊厥复发的研究 【摘要】 目的 探讨中药健儿防惊汤预防小儿高热惊厥复发及提高免疫功能的作用。方法 将186例fc患儿,随机分成治疗组62例，对照组62例和观察组62例。各组病例发热期间均常规治疗原发病。对照组于发热期给予口服苯巴比妥治疗；观察组仅给予常规治疗；治疗组在观察组基础上热退1周后加用自拟健儿防惊汤中药口服。全部患儿进行随访观察2年,比较治疗组、对照组和观察组fc复发率以及发热次数、免疫球蛋白数值有无差异。结果 临床fc患儿经随访观察，治疗组与对照组fc复发率差异无统计学意义（p0.05），均低于观察组（p0.05）。结论 健儿防惊汤预防fc复发效果显著，且具有增强患儿免疫功能的作用。 【关键词】 健儿防惊汤； 免疫球蛋白； 免疫力； 高热惊厥； 复发； 疗效 the clinical researches on the effect of jianer-fangjing soup preventing the recurrence of childrens febrile convulsion shang hong.the first hospital of people, jining 272011，china 【abstract】 objective to explore the influence of jianer-fangjing soup preventing the recurrence of childrens febrile convulsion (fc) and observe its improving immune.methods randomize 186 fc children into therapeutic group, control group and observer group, 62 cases in each group. give each group a traditional treatment for the primary affection during the fever. a phenobarbital given to the control group based on the traditional treatment during the fever. for observer group only giving traditional treatment and let the therapeutic group take the self-given jianer-fangjing soup orally when the fever has been gone for a week based on the observer group. then had a two-year-follow-up study on all of the patients, comparing the recurrence rate of fc and fever times of the different group, as well as the serum levels of immunoglobulin.results after the clinical follow-up study on fc children,it can be inferred that the recurrence of fc both lower than observer group（p0.05）, the fever times of the therapeutic group were lower than that of the control group and serum levels of immunoglobulin was higher than that of control group and the observer group（p0.05）.conclusion jianer-fangjing soup can prevent the recurrence of fc clinically significantly as well as enhance the immune function of children patients. 【key words】 jianer-fangjing soup； serum immunoglobulin； immune； febrile convulsion； recurrence； curative effect  高热惊厥(febrile c
