260例臀位分娩方式与围产儿死因分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨臀位分娩方式与围产儿死因的关系。方法：选取2010年3月-2014年2月笔者所在医院分娩婴儿总数5560例，其中臀位产260例。通过对产次、产程、分娩方式、先露类型对这260例臀位产死亡婴儿进行死因分析。结果：围产儿死亡与产次、产程、分娩方式有一定关系，剖宫产围产儿死亡率明显低于阴道分娩围产儿死亡率，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。无论初产妇还是经产妇，产程愈长，围产儿死亡率愈高。经阴道分娩并发症较剖宫产明显增多。结论：分娩时严格按照臀位的分娩机制操作，积极妥善预防脐带脱垂等并发症，对紧急情况立即采取相应的应对措施，可降低围产儿死亡率。 　　【关键词】 臀位； 分娩方式； 围产儿； 死亡因素 　　中图分类号 R714.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）20-0138-02 　　Analysis the Relationship of the Way of Breech Delivery and Perinatal Death with 260 Cases/ZHU Qin-hui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（20）：138-139 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the relationship of breech delivery and perinatal death.Method： Selected 5560 cases of birth babies from March 2010 to February 2014 in the hospital， including 260 cases of breech production. Analyzed the cause of death of 260 cases of breech production， such as the parity， birth process， delivery mode， presentation types and so on.Result： Perinatal death had a certain relation with the production time， labor process， mode of delivery， vaginal delivery and cesarean section. The perinatal mortality rate ofcesarean section was significantly lower than that of vaginal delivery， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Both uniparas and multipara， the longer labor，the higher of the perinatal mortality.
