283株泌尿系统感染的病原菌分布及耐药性分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.3 　　摘 要 目的：探讨泌尿系统感染病原菌分布及对抗菌药物耐药性状况，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法：分析医院2010年1月-2012年12月患者中段尿液培养阳性的283株病原菌种类及耐药性。结果：283株病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主（63.6%），其中最常见的为大肠埃希菌（43.8%），其次为阴沟肠杆菌（7.4%）、肺炎克雷伯菌（6.0%）、铜绿假单胞菌（3.9%）、其他2.5%，革兰阳性菌（24.4%）前3位依次为粪肠球菌（11.7%）、表皮葡萄球菌（6.7%）、金黄色葡萄球菌（4.6%）。革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、复方新诺明、诺氟沙星的耐药性60.0%，大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南100%敏感，但对铜绿假单胞菌接近40.0%耐药；革兰阳性球菌对青霉素、红霉素、复方新诺明，头孢唑啉阿莫西林/克拉维酸、苯唑西林等耐药性均70.0%。结论：泌尿系统感染主要以肠杆菌科，肠球菌、真菌为主要病原菌。加强耐药性检测，合理规范使用抗菌药物，对控制和治疗泌尿系统感染具有重要意义。 　　关键词 泌尿系统感染 病原菌 抗菌药物 耐药性 　　Analysis of 283 strains of Pathogenic Bacteria Distribution and Antibiotic Resistance in Urinary Tract Infection 　　Wang Ling 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory，Staff Hospital of Jinchuan Group（Jinchang City，Ganshu），71000 　　Abstract Object：To investigate the distribution and resistance characteristics of pathogenic bacteria in urinary tract infection so as to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods：The total 283 strains of pathogenic bacteria which isolated and cultivated for this research were taken from different patientsmid-stream urine specimens from January 2010 to December 2012.They are classified and the antibiotic resistance will be analyzed.Results：In the 283 strains of pathogenic bacteria，the most dominant type was gram negative bacteria accounts for 63.6%.Among these bacteria，Escherichia coli accounts for 43.8%，enterobacter cloacae occupies a percentage of 7.4%，Klebsiella pneumonia 6.0% and Pseudomonas aeruginosa 3.9%；others 2.5%.While in gram positive bacteria（24.4%），enterococcus faecalis accounts for 11.7%，staphylococcus epidermidi 6.7%，staphylococcus aureus 4.6%.fungi is 12.0%.The resistance rate of gram negative bacilli to Ampicillin，Ampicillin/sulbactam，gentamicin，levofloxacin bactrim，and norfloxacinare is more than 60.0%.The sensitive rate of escherichia coli，enterobacter cloacae and klebsiella pneumoni to imipenema is 100%.The resistance rate of pseudomonas aer
